Qigong, Tai Chi, Chun Yuen and Wing Chun Classes

Exercise classes for health and personal development, suitable for beginners and all levels of fitness. Note that the exercises are performed standing up.

  • Qigong – improve health, gentle and effective

  • Tai Chi – strong legs, spiral energy, warmth

  • Chun Yuen Quan – good work out, bare hand and weapons

  • Wing Chun – self-defence for ordinary person
