I specialise in women over 40, feel Fabulous through my sessions!

I run session on a Wednesday at 6pm-7pm lift lean with Pilates I corporates at the end. Thursday I run meno fit 6.30-7.15 each week we try something different from weights, Pilates, Yogalates. I offer support and guidance helping women get through the menopause.

You can buy a monthly pass at £35.00 or classes can be paid per course.
