What better way to uplift and connect with a friend, loved one or co-worker then by introducing them to the feel good benefits of yoga.
Sometimes it can be hard to convince friends and family just how WONDERFUL yoga can make you feel…so I’m making it a little easier for you!
For this month only ALL new and existing members can bring along a friend for FREE throughout February*
*Classes must be pre booked. One friend per visit/max 4 classes – guests must be new to Hope Yoga.
