ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR 2021
To be held in the Millennium Hall
Wednesday, 24th November at 7.00 pm
This is the Annual General Meeting of the Membership of Charity 501316 “Riding Mill Village Hall”.
All members of the public, resident in the Parish of Broomhaugh & Riding, are entitled to attend and those aged 18 years and upward are entitled to vote. All users of the Halls are welcomed as observers.
The Chair and the Treasurer will be standing down from office at this meeting.
If you know of anyone wishing to volunteer as an Officer, nomination forms are available from the Secretary and must be returned to the Secretary at 2 Station Close, Riding Mill by Monday 22nd November 2021.
Please seek their permission to be nominated in the first instance.
